"I am the way the truth and the life" (John 14:6)
Jesus knew that people could never fully understand life, if they used only the intellect.
He did not say: "I will teach you what is the truth."
He said: "I am the truth."
He knew that the highest form of knowledge stems from relationships where there is mutual trust, and not large amounts of information ... Jesus answered direct questions with metaphors, to attract people to a dialogue and a relationship with him ...
This spiritual principle - which means, learn the deeper truths of life through our relationships - is the basis of how we practice therapy. We all have conscious and unconscious ideas that affect the way we perceive the world. It is psychologically impossible to put aside completely the influence of the mind on the way we perceive things, especially because most of the time we are unaware that everything we know intellectually, passes through the filter of our beliefs ... The therapy provides people with a relationship that can lead them to become better acquainted, discovering thus the other truths of life.
Look put less things in your head, and much, much more in his heart - start focusing less on thinking about things, and more on how you feel about them ... You realize then that the more you know about yourself, the more able to understand the reasons that led him to make certain decisions.
God Bless All ...!!
