PEACE OF THE LORD JESUS.

By consulting the dictionary Aurélio (online), I rejoiced greatly with the opening word: Peace That is exactly what we need, this is what all people of the world need.

Certainly all the evils of this world happen for one reason only: No Peace in the heart of man, lack of fear of the Almighty and love of neighbor. However, this name is Peace, Peace is Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God.

Because after the fall in Eden sin, the man was dead in sin, but by the infinite mercy of God had the promise of the Messiah to come to the world and offer you the release, comfort and peace.

And the promise in the book of Isaiah 9.6 says: A boy born to us, a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace

But this peace is not got money, because it is not for sale on grocery shelves, but it will come for his humility, goodness, faith, hope, trust that we serve a living God, who is able to accomplish even the impossible to man's eyes, because the price for our peace, Christ paid with his own blood, a living sacrifice on the cross to redeem us from all sin, and bring peace to the human heart.

And in Luke 10.5-6, Jesus commanded: In the house you enter, first say, Peace be to this house. And if there there is the son of peace, rest upon it your peace, and if not, peace return to you.

Beloved, observe the greatness and depth of greeting with peace of the Lord Jesus. The Master teaches us that when we enter a house to speak his name, we should greet her with your peace, if there brothers in the same faith, peace will rest on him, but if there is the peace of Christ back to us.

Consider the difference between righteous and the wicked, the servant of God brings peace, why Jesus emphasized: Ye are the salt of the earth and light of the world, because where your servant if you do this, surely the peace of Christ follow.

Jesus comforts us in his grace, and gives us the confidence and assurance of a secure peace, unwavering, enduring, because the peace that He gives us is not like the peace the world offers, because we are clothed in the armor of God, but There is no peace in the world, though some think that they have. World peace is susceptible to all flammable darts of the enemy, because our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the hosts of the powers of evil.

            But the Lord Jesus calls you to all our afflictions, tribulations and anguish, saying, Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden and I will give you rest. Because He bore our sorrows, nailed to the cross the sin of the world, and gave us his peace, hope and promise of eternal life.

            He was wounded for our transgressions and bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed.

             And the word comforts us and says, in peace, I lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety.

           And the word of the Lord ensures that the meek shall inherit the earth and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace. Great peace have they who love the law of the Lord, and these, no stumbling. But the wicked have no peace because they have not known the way of peace, saith the Lord of hosts.

            The God-fearing people shall dwell in a peaceable habitation, and in sure dwellings, and in quiet resting places. Being a man's ways please the Lord, even his enemies to be at peace with who makes it.

Gospel of John 16:33, Jesus said: I have told you this, that in me ye might have peace in the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.

Because the man being dead in sin, Christ in the flesh, that is, He having made peace through the blood of the cross, reconciled us with God and with himself, undoing all enmities.

And preached peace to those who were afar off and to those who were near, and the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. For whatsoever is born of God overcomes the world: and this is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith.

In Romans 14:17 the word says that the Kingdom of God is not meat and drink, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. Let us, therefore, the things which make for peace and the building up of one towards the other. If possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men. And the God of peace be with you all. Amen!

The word of the Lord in the letter to the Hebrews 12:14 urges saying: Follow peace with all, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord.

Word that comes from Latin pace. Absence of fights, violence and social disruption; public tranquility; concord, harmony;

Absence of conflicts between people: a good understanding, reconciliation, peace of soul, peace, peace. Being good natured.
