The Key to Making of a Leader

"Everyone goes through some kind of difficulty, as well as some degree of prosperity. Everyone experiences failures and successes in life. A key to the formation of a leader is not the experiences, good or bad, but in response to the person giving to them. "(Richard Henry Blackaby)

All things work together for the good of the leader who loves God (Rom. 8:28), and that includes suffering and prosperity, gain and loss, honor and humiliation, remembering and forgetting, the abundance and scarcity (Phil. 4:12).

As well declare Henry and Richard Blackaby, not the situation itself, but how we respond to it will determine our growth and development leaders. Dealing with the difficulty or success is always a challenge for the leadership as there are always a number of factors involved (variants), which involves our emotional state, and that goes for our spiritual condition at the time of the event or the conquest .

We may, in our flawed humanity and unpredictable, we left strengthened or weakened our experiences in the exercise of spiritual leadership.

The key to our continued training as leaders, considering the diversity of our experiences positive or negative, will depend, above all, our awareness of the grace of Jesus, we just endured for the sufferings (2 Cor 12:9), and that keeps us humble, always reminding us that we have nothing or are without it (1 Tim 1:12-14).
